Facility Booking Request

Welcome to the City of Stratford Sport Facility Booking Request Form.  Currently, we only offer a booking request service for the Burnside Agriplex Fieldhouse.  The ability to make an electronic request to other City of Stratford operated facilities will be available in the near future.

A quarter court is the size of a basketball court (approx. 50' x 90'). The Fieldhouse has 4 quarters; South 1, South 2, North 3, North 4. For a court layout, please see the facility information link above.
