Submission Form

The Leisure Activity Council is now making plans for the next issue of the Leisure Activity Council Calendar. If you’re interested in submitting an ad, please first review our Calendar Information and Rates, then fully complete the form below no later than 15th of the month.

The Leisure Activity Council will attempt to accommodate all submissions. In the event that there is insufficient space to accommodate all submissions, priority will be given to those activities that are most current. A minimum of five submissions will be required for an issue to be published. IMPORTANT! Accurate calendar submission content is the sole responsibility of the submitting organization.  The Council will publish your submission as submitted.

Program/Event Details (complete one form per event)

Please complete this form for both single word ads, and full page ads. The details in your submission will be used to created an auto-generated invoice.
Providing the program/event.
Your ad must be submitted between the first and 15 of the month, to be included in the following month’s calendar. Full page ads are only offered to full members and affiliate non-profit members. The acceptable format for full page ads is a standard 8.5″ x 11″ page, single side. Full page ads must be print ready, and sent as a PDF or as a Microsoft Word document. The file size is to be no greater than 4 MB, and should be emailed to leisureactivitycalendar@hotmail.com.
Please indicate the location your program/event will take place.
Please indicate what age group would most benefit from your program/event.
Please do not use upper case letters. Your description should be no more than 30 words. LAC reserves the right to edit text in excess of 30 words. If you are submitting a full page ad, no need to fill out this section.
Appropriately themed clip art accompanies your ad. However, your logo can be used as an alternative. Please indicate when submitting your ad if a logo is forthcoming. Your logo can be emailed as a JPEG. The file size of your logo can be no greater than 500 KB. The logo can be emailed to leisureactivitycalendar@hotmail.com . When emailing your logo, please clearly indicate what ad your logo is to accompany.
