Responsibilities of Stratford and District Leisure Activity Council
- To determine the design and format of the Calendar
- To develop a list of appropriate agencies to be included in the Calendar
- To determine the deadlines for copy
- To determine the extent of distribution
- To reserve the right to approve/decline or edit submissions
- To ensure that the goals of Council are maintained
Please note: Calendar submission content is the sole responsibility of the submitting organization. LAC will print your submission as submitted.
Single Ad
Current Rate
Full member: $40 | Affiliate non-profit member: $50 | Affiliate for-profit: $80 | Non-member: $150
Submission Deadline
Your ad must be submitted using the imbedded form between the first and 15 of the month, to be included in the following month’s calendar. The form can be found by clicking here. The calendar is produced on a month by month basis. We do not accept recurring monthly submissions, therefore ads are to be re-submitted each and every month.
Acceptable Format
Please do not use upper case when completing the on-line form. Your event description should be no more than 30 words.
Logo (Optional)
Appropriately themed clip art accompanies your ad. However, your logo can be used as an alternative. Please indicate when submitting your ad if a logo is forthcoming. Your logo can be emailed as a JPEG. The file size of your logo can be no greater than 500 KB. The logo can be emailed to leisureactivitycalendar@hotmail.com . When emailing your logo, please clearly indicate what ad your logo is to accompany.
Invoicing
Invoices for calendar ads are emailed or mailed, depending on your stated preference, at the end of the month once the calendar has been published. Payment can be made by cheque, and can be directed to:

Full Page Ad
Current Rate
Full member: $200 | Affiliate non-profit member: $250
Submission Availability
Full page ads are only offered to full members and affiliate non-profit members.
Acceptable Format
Standard 8.5″ x 11″ page, single side. Full page ads must be print ready, and sent as a PDF or as a Microsoft Word document. The file size is to be no greater than 4 MB.
Deadline
Your ad must be received by email between the first and 15 of the month to be included in the following month’s calendar
